Patrick Holmes LLB (Law), MSc (Construction Law & Arbitration), PGDip (Urban Regeneration).
Patrick is an associate and independent consultant: he advises the Consultancy on matters concerning appointments and contract administration. He has more than 20 years legal practice experience at senior level which gives him skills which can be applied more broadly to projects, including the ability to digest, organise and analyse information, attention to detail, explaining and "selling" complex issues in easily understandable terms, negotiation (at strategic and tactical levels), understanding and addressing other parties' points of view, tenacity and the highest levels of professionalism. He is a non-executive director/strategic adviser to property companies pursuing major development opportunities in major regional cities such as Aberdeen, Manchester and Glasgow.
He is also a trustee of Portsmouth Naval Base Property Trust, the charity responsible for the buildings and infrastructure in and around Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and of the Ragged School Museum Trust the charity which owns the heritage buildings in Tower Hamlets, which housed the famous Victorian poor school founded by Dr Barnardo.
